Safety Protocols & Policies

Last updated 7/21/2024

Masks

  • Masks became optional at Chameleon events beginning in June 2023.
  • Community members are asked to respect others’ choices on masking. Though optional, we will continue to provide complimentary high-quality masks at our concerts, and if you are more comfortable being masked, we hope you will feel supported if you decide to wear one.

Assess your health

  • Please assess your health before leaving home.
  • If you are feeling sick, have a fever, or are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home and contact us to make arrangements. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds, but you may elect to exchange or donate your tickets.

Etcetera

  • Our venues are equipped with Merv-13 air filters, and there will be hand sanitizer available throughout the buildings.

Waivers

  • Understand that Chameleon may need to change plans, seating arrangements, or curtail admission for health and safety reasons, or at the behest of state and local authorities.
  • Ticket holders acknowledge that they understand and accept that an inherent risk of exposure to illness or hazard exists in any public gathering. In purchasing a ticket for and choosing to attend, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers. You also agree to waive liability and indemnify and hold harmless Chameleon Arts Ensemble of Boston, our venue, and respective representatives including artists, staff, volunteers, and contractors.
