Nancy Dimock
oboe
Nancy Dimock, oboist, regularly performs throughout the northeast
as a member of the Vermont Symphony, Albany Symphony, Pro
Arte Chamber Orchestra, Glimmerglass Opera Orchestra and as
a guest with the Boston Lyric Opera, Portland Symphony, Rhode
Island Philharmonic and the Boston Pops. She has been the
principal oboist of the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra and can
be heard performing with the HSO on the Grammy nominated compact
disc Rosemary Clooney: The Final Concert. She has performed
with such artists as Jaime Laredo and the Jacques Thibaud
Trio, been on the Prairie Home Companion radio show
and PBS's Great Performances television broadcast,
and recorded for Concord, Albany and Chandos records.
