It is our great pleasure to welcome you to back to Chameleon for our winter and spring 2022 programs. We continue our tradition of offering you the most adventurous concerts in Boston, an inimitable mix of the witty and the sublime, the new and the beloved.
Among the many highlights of our chamber music series are Brahms’ luxurious c minor Piano Quartet and Karol Szymanowski’s shimmering evocations of Greek myths, the world premiere of a new harp trio by Jeremy Gill, and Franck’s epic piano quintet alongside romantic refrains by Messiaen and Steven Stucky. Our popular and critically-acclaimed recital series Chameleon Up Close returns with celestial piano trios by Ravel and Hersant and stories – brought to life through the voice of the violin – by Enescu, Brahms, and William Grant Still. It is a thrill and a gift to return to in-person offerings this season, and we look forward to seeing you at the concerts!
